During the iconic Miami Music Week, Bridges Unite joined forces with Viacom and MTV to create a powerful celebration of women in music—an event where rhythm met purpose. Set against a backdrop of culture and creativity, this dynamic experience brought together influential voices, emerging talent, and visionary leaders in entertainment.
Challenge
Viacom and MTV aimed to craft a purpose-driven activation that could cut through the noise of Miami Music Week—one that centered women, sparked meaningful dialogue, and celebrated the intersection of music, identity, and social impact.
Our Approach
Bridges Unite curated an immersive experience that combined star power with purpose. At the heart of it was a live appearance by renowned Latin pop artist Sofía Reyes, who not only performed but lent her voice to important conversations around gender equity and representation in music. The event was built to:
Feature and elevate influential women shaping the sound and soul of the industry
Foster authentic conversations on equity, creativity, and cultural leadership
Celebrate music’s ability to unify and inspire social change
The Experience
The event featured a live panel discussion with Sofía Reyes, Viacom leadership, and other industry voices, creating a raw and honest dialogue about what it means to be a woman in music today. Afterward, guests mingled during a high-energy networking experience infused with beats, storytelling, and inspiration. This was more than a party—it was a cultural moment.
Impact
250+ attendees representing music, media, tech, and activism

Why It Mattered
